Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Greenlint at greenlint.app (“the service”, “we” or “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Greenlint does
You give us the address of a website. We open its pages, measure performance and accessibility with Lighthouse and axe, and give you a list of problems plus prompts you can paste into an AI coding tool. Greenlint only looks; it never changes your website. It also does not promise any score, search ranking, app-store approval or legal compliance.
Your account
Sign-in and teams are handled by Clerk. Keep your login details safe: you are responsible for everything done with your account. You must be old enough to sign a contract where you live. One person may not open several free accounts to get around the free-plan limits.
Which sites you may check
Only check a site you own, or one whose owner has given you permission. Our crawler says who it is, opens only a few pages per run and stays within your plan’s limits. Do not use Greenlint to attack, overload or mass-copy a site you do not control, to map its infrastructure, or for anything illegal.
Plans and limits
Each plan sets how many projects, pages per check and checks per day you get. The current numbers are on the pricing page. Limits keep the queue fast for everyone. We may suspend an account that keeps trying to get around them.
Payment
Paid plans are charged once a month, at the start of the month, and renew until you cancel. If you pay from outside Indonesia, Polar handles the payment and is the seller of record for that order, so Polar’s own terms also apply. If you pay from Indonesia, Duitku handles the payment in rupiah. We never see or store your card or bank details; we only keep the provider’s transaction reference, the amount, the currency and whether it went through. Cancelling and refunds are explained in the refund policy.
Text written by AI
Explanations and fix prompts are written by AI language models, based on what your check found. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Read them before you act on them, and review any code your AI tool writes from them. What you ship is still your responsibility.
Content we copy from your site
Findings include small pieces of the pages we check. We always show them as plain text, never as working code. By running a check, you confirm you are allowed to let us fetch and store those pages, and that doing so does not break anyone else’s rights.
Availability
Greenlint runs on shared servers and we do not promise a set uptime. Checks can wait in a queue, run late or fail. We may change, pause or remove features. If a change takes away a meaningful part of a paid plan, you can cancel and we will not charge you for the next month.
Closing an account
You can stop using Greenlint and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or other people’s sites, or that the law requires us to close. When an account is closed, its checks and saved reports are deleted.
Limits on our liability
Greenlint is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage, and the most we will ever owe you for any claim is what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will email you before any important change takes effect. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
